TERM was created by the team behind Haran Roofing to provide a dedicated service for commercial building repairs, maintenance and smaller project works.

After decades delivering large-scale roofing and cladding projects across South Wales and the South West, we recognised that many clients needed the same expertise for ongoing maintenance, reactive repairs and preventative works.

TERM was established to bridge that gap — providing fast, dependable support backed by the knowledge, systems and experience developed through years of delivering successful roofing and building envelope projects.

Today, TERM supports commercial and industrial clients with inspections, reporting, repairs and maintenance programmes designed to protect buildings, reduce disruption and extend asset life.

As Director of TERM, he provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, helping clients protect and maintain their building assets through practical, cost-effective solutions.

Technical Director
With over 20 years' experience in the roofing and cladding industry, Steve has worked his way from the tools to managing projects and client relationships across a wide range of technical environments. His practical, hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge ensure TERM delivers safe, efficient and high-quality repairs and maintenance solutions that clients can rely on.

Operations Director
Chris has over 20 years' experience leading commercial and operational teams across a range of sectors, with a proven track record in service delivery, business growth and client relationship management.
