Getting TERM Set Up on LinkedIn
As part of launching Total Envelope Repairs & Maintenance Ltd (TERM), one of the first things we focused on was getting our LinkedIn presence set up properly.
In our industry, people don’t just pick up the phone straight away — they check who you are first. A clear, professional online presence helps show what you do, how you work, and whether you’re the right fit before that first conversation even happens.
We kept the approach simple. Make it clear what TERM does, who we work for, and where we operate. From there, we built out the page with consistent messaging, defined services, and a strong introduction post to pin at the top.
Alongside that, we created a set of branded graphics to give everything a consistent look. The aim wasn’t to overcomplicate it, just to make sure the visuals stand out enough to catch attention while still looking professional and relevant to the sector.
This is just the starting point. The next step is building consistency — sharing project updates, insights, and practical advice over time to create a visible track record.
Like most things in this industry, it’s about doing the basics properly and building from there.
